Hunterjive offers human resources consulting services, limited to the search, identification, and pre-selection of candidates for executive and technical positions in the corporate environment. The scope of each process is defined in the agreement signed with the corporate client.
The client agrees to provide truthful and complete information about the required profile, the organizational context, and the terms of the offer. Any omission or inaccuracy may affect the quality of the selection process and releases Hunterjive from liability for the results.
All information shared between the parties, including candidate data and business strategies, will be treated with strict confidentiality. Hunterjive complies with Argentine personal data protection regulations (Law 25.326) and will not transfer information to third parties without the client's express authorization.
Hunterjive does not guarantee the hiring of the presented candidate, as the final decision rests exclusively with the client. The agency is not responsible for the client's internal decisions, changes in job requirements, or circumstances beyond the selection process. The maximum liability limit is limited to the amount invoiced for the specific service.
The reports, methodologies, assessment tools, and any material developed by Hunterjive within the scope of the service are its intellectual property. The client may not reproduce, distribute, or use them outside the scope of the agreement without prior written authorization.
Hunterjive reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through the website and will take effect thirty days after their publication. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the updated conditions.
